Banana pumpkin spice pupsicles

This is a wonderful treat for a hot summer day! You can add lavender for a calming effect.

1 mashed banana
1c plain yogurt
1c pumpkin
1tbs cinnamon 

Combine ingredients and place in ice trays or mini cupcake mold, or tart tins...the one in the picture is a Demarle tart mold.

Freeze for 1-3 hours depending on how deep the mold you are using is.

Keep in freezer till use!
