Banana peanut butter pup cakes!

So this one was SO much fun to do! I had a little assistant in the kitchen this time! So with some lovely help from Sophie, we made some treats that barely got done before one got gobbled up!

Here we go.

1/2 c vegetable oil
1/2 c applesauce 
1/4 c molasses 
1/4 c peanut butter
1/4 cup pumpkin
2 c potato flakes
2tsp cinnamon 
2tsp baking soda
2 ripe bananas

Add oil, applesauce, molasses, and pumpkin. Combine in bowl until smooth. Add peanut butter and mashed bananas. Blend completely, 

 

In another bowl, combine flour, soda, and cinnamon. 
Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring completely. 
Pour into cupcake molds and bake at 350 for 20 minutes
Let cool then ice!

PUMPKIN ICING

2/3 c plain yogurt 
1/2 c pumpkin
2 tsp cinnamon 

Mix in mixer and ice pupcakes!
