Pumpkin spice rolls!

Okay, this one takes a little commitment to make the tiny balls, but feel free to make them bigger, but be careful not to let your dog choke! Also, the bean flour is fragrant, if this bugs you, feel free to use a different kind!

Here it goes:

1c bean flour (or flour of choice)
1/2 c pumpkin
1/4 c honey
4 tbs cinnamon
2 tbs ginger

Mix well

Heat oven to 350- 

Using your hands-this is where it gets messy- roll into small balls. I used an 1/8th tsp to measure.  You can also use a pastry bag, or take a ziploc bag and cut a tip of a corner out....Thought of that AFTER I had my hands messy! 

Place on a greased pan and bake for 15 min.

If you make bigger balls, adjust heat time- you want them to be nice and brown, but supper gooey one the inside! Bone-appetit!
